Arrived within 5 days of order (ie faster than quoted). Fantastic quality. Very happy with the product. Easy to put together. Sturdy. Latch on gate is a bit fiddly but will get used to it. Im using as it to fence across a carport in a rental where changes need to be temporary & removable. Only issue is remembering to duck as we use the gate. Now we've seen it, will buy an additional gate to fence off the front yard similarly.

After contacting pet joint about needing a replacement tray for my puppies not only did they come through and contact me directly informing me exact process as this was a special order. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time with a reasonable cost plus delivery was extremely fast. Cannot fault them in any way for customer service and satisfaction not to mention the products I got were fantastic.
I like the dog house its cute, but the instructions are hopeless especially when it comes to where to place the hinges but overall pretty good its the top part doesn't line up exactly maybe if I was a builder I could have managed to make it work it was relatively quick and easy to put together excluding hinges. Also I dont know if I need to lacquer it as there were no instructions regarding that, over all its cute but dog wont have a bar of it I think he thinks he might get trapped in there maybe if it had a window he woild go in
